Zeta Performance is not limited to only vehicle testing. With an extensive background in OE applications we offer a full array of specialized testing capabilities for almost anything that moves.
By working closely with manufactures we can develop fixtures, methods and procedures in a timely fashion. Our advanced control software allows us to automate much of the testing procedure, collecting data throughout the procedure and screening for any deterioration in performance. From 10 cycles to 10,000,000 cycles or more, we can provide a test that suits the customer and the product being tested.
Zeta has many additional actuators, load frames and fixtures capable of testing ranges over 10in displacement, 100in/sec velocity and 10,000 lbf.
Zeta works closely with ServoTest, the manufacturer of our 7-post rig — so closely, that their US Headquarters is located within our facility! We work with ServoTest designing, building and implementing bespoke testing solutions for customers. Together, ServoTest and Zeta can create specialized testing solutions beginning with contract testing for process, fixturing and procedure development and ending in completely turn-key testing equipment installed in customer facilities.
